Lionel Bringuier leads Alma Chamber Orchestra in tour of the Maghreb

This week begins for Lionel in a reunion with the Alma Chamber Orchestra with concerts in the Maghreb February 17, 19, and 20. They first perform in Algiers, Algeria with pianist Denis Pascal guesting for Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G, bookended by Beethoven’s Egmont Overture and Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 4. Beethoven and Mendelssohn are repeated in Rabat, Morocco and Tunis, Tunisia, respectively, with Saint-Saëns’s Cello Concerto No. 1. Gautier Capuçon guests for these two performances.
