Chief Conductor and Music Director Lionel Bringuier leads Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich in Beethoven, Sibelius, and Tchaikovsky

Closing out his inaugural year at the helm of the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, Lionel Bringuier leads his final concert with the Orchestra of the 2014-15 season on June 12. The program culminates with Beethoven’s Violin Concerto featuring soloist Julia Fischer. Lionel precedes the work with Sibelius’s Finlandia and Tchaikovsky’s Roméo and Juliet Fantasy Overture.

Lionel most recently conducted Beethoven’s landmark concerto with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl with Renaud Capuçon. Following his time in Zurich this week, he returns to California to open the Hollywood Bowl’s 2015 summer season.
