Concerts with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in Geneva and Paris

On December 5 and December 7, Lionel Bringuier conducts the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in a program featuring works by Honegger, Schumann, and Rimsky-Korsakov. The first concert will take place at Victoria Hall in Geneva, and the second performance in Paris at La Seine Musicale.

Celebrated cellist, Truls Mørk, joins the ensemble for Schumann’s meltingly lyrical Cello Concerto in A minor in Geneva, and cellist Kian Soltani interprets the work at the concert in Paris. One of Honegger’s best-known orchestral works, Rugby, begins the program, with Rimsky-Korsakov’s dazzling orchestral showpiece Scheherazade, ending the evening.
