This summer the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra welcomes Lionel Bringuier back for two concerts. Mr. Bringuier, born and raised in Nice, will conduct the NPO on June 1 & 2 at the Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur, with cellist Edgar Moreau. Under Mr. Bringuier’s baton, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Debussy’s Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune, Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto No. 1 featuring Mr. Moreau, and Rachmaninoff’s Symphony No. 2.
