Pittsburgh Symphony concerts featuring works by Ravel, Paganini & Mussorgsky

On March 31 and April 2, Lionel Bringuier leads the Pittsburgh Symphony at the historic Heinz Hall, in Ravel’s Ma Mere l’Oye [Mother Goose]; Paganini’s Sonata per la Grand Viola with Pittsburgh’s Principal Violist Randolph Kelly as soloist; and Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition. Individual tickets for these performances, which are also featured as part of the Orchestra’s Fireworks and Premiere subscription series, can be purchased via the following link.

Bringuier’s Deutsche Grammophon 4-CD recording of Ravel’s Complete Orchestral Works, with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, captures his critically lauded interpretation of the composer’s Ma Mere l’Oye. Purchase your copy of this landmark release via Amazon.com.
